The Diamantina Institute runs an External Scientific Seminar Series aimed at dissemination of the latest national and international research findings in the three broad research emphasis areas of our Institute (cancer, immunology and metabolic medicine). Seminars are presented by Institute academics and invited speakers who are recognised experts in their field. The Series brings together multi-disciplinary researchers and students of our Institute and provides a forum fostering interactions with high-calibre scientists of other institutions.
The Diamantina Institute's Scientific Seminar Series is held fortnightly on Tuesdays between 12noon and 1pm. The venue is the Jian Zhou Forum (5th floor, Research Wing) or the Russell Strong Auditorium at the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
