Collaborators & Affiliates

The UQDI has extensive collaborations both nationally and internationally. Research is supported by funding agencies such as The Wellcome Trust (UK), the NIH (USA) and national and/or State grants further support international collaborations with countries such as China.

The disease-focussed research clusters of the UQDI have been established to create a nexus of cutting-edge translational research in Australia and formal affiliations have been established with collaborators in each of the three programs of research. The UQDI’s research activities address a wide spectrum of biomedical and translational research questions and our researchers participate in a number of affiliations across The University of Queensland and beyond.
